How does it work?

Schedule regular deliveries of products that your dealership purchases, receive discounts on select Subscribe and Save products such as Keyless Entry Batteries, Alkaline Batteries and Disposable Shop Gloves as well as free shipping!

- FREE SHIPPING on every Subscribe and Save order of $50.00 or more
- 20% off your first order of Keyless Entry or Alkaline Batteries when you sign up
- Need some additional items and want to add them on to your subscribe and save shipment, just let us know what additional items you need to order and those ADD-ON ITEMS SHIP FREE!!

Cost to You = $0...no sign-up/monthly/skip a shipment fee's and you can cancel anytime!


How do I sign up?

1. Call 800-780-2402
2. Ask to speak with Libby Hiers
3. Provide a list of the part numbers and quantities that you would like on your subscribe and save order
4. Choose the frequency of your order (ex. Bi-weekly, Monthly, Bi-monthly)
5. You will receive a phone call the day that your order is scheduled to ship - this is to confirm that you would like us to process your order and and to see if there are any additional items that you would like to add to your order.
6. Upon approval, your order will ship as scheduled and your dealership will be billed accordingly - we will never ship an order without your prior approval.


How can I figure out how often I should get my subscribe and save order delivered?

We recommend estimating how much your dealership uses every week. Once you have the weekly amount, then you can determine the quantities and schedule that works best for you; monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly. Adjust the frequency of your Subscribe and Save order any time, if needed.


Do add-on items ship free?

Yes! Subscribe and Save customers get free shipping on all Subscribe and Save orders of $50.00 or more, additional instock merchandise that is added to this order will ship free as well. Excludes custom imprint orders and drop ship items.

 

Can I change how often I get my Subscribe and Save order?

Yes! If you would like to change the frequency of your order please call 800-780-2402 and speak with Libby Hiers. You can Skip, Pause, Cancel or change the date of your order at any time.


Can I change the items in my Subscribe and Save order?

Yes! You can add or remove products as well as change quantities on your subscribe and save order anytime. To make changes to your order contact Libby Hiers at 800-780-2402.


I've changed dealer codes. How do I update my Subscribe and Save order?

Once you have changed dealer codes you can contact us at 800-780-2402 to update your information. In the event that you have not contacted us, once we receive a new dealer code request from Toyota Motor Sales we will compare it to our subscribe and save customer list. If your dealership is on that list you will be contacted to confirm the switch of your subscribe and save order to the new dealer code.


Why did the price of the item in my Subscribe and Save order change?

Pricing may change due to business reasons, but Subscribe and Save pricing always reflects our lowest online pricing.


What happens if the item I've scheduled for delivery is out of stock?

Dealer Services will make every effort to ship all orders in full. If an item is out of stock at the time that your Subscribe and Save order will be shipping you will be notified.


Our dealership is in Hawaii or Alaska, do we qualify for Subscribe and Save?

Unfortunately at this time we are only able to offer the Subscribe and Save program to your dealership if you have your account setup to ship to a freight forwarder due to shipping limitations in these areas.
